Do you offer bra fitting?
Yes, and we recommend it! Our breasts change with different stages of life, so it’s important to have the right size bra. Our staff are professional and discreet and have been doing this for many years.
Why do my bra straps fall off my shoulders?
There are a few reasons why your straps slip off your shoulders, including you have narrow shoulders, you have too many bra extenders across the back of your bra, or you may need to adjust the strap and tighten it a little.
What can I do about my bra straps slipping?
There are a few things you can try, including wearing a racerback bra that changes the position of the straps across the shoulder. You could also use a clip or strap between the straps to pull them in off the shoulders.
Another option is a body glue that rolls on (like a deodorant) and this sticks the strap to your shoulder and when dry will not move all day. It is a brilliant product that simply washes off in water.
Sometimes the problem can be bra extenders – each bra extender you add across the back makes the straps move further off the shoulder. Be correctly fitted with the right sized bra and the straps will sit in the proper position.
Can you help my partner pick something for me?
We have lots of experience in helping men buy gifts. Our business cards feature a checklist for men with details about size, make and colour to help us pick something for you. But if they are off the mark, we are happy to exchange your items.
Do you offer shipping?
Yes, we will happily take your order over the phone and post them to you, you just pay the additional postage fees, currently about $11. If you aren’t 100% happy with your items, we will exchange them or offer you a credit note.

I am plus size, do you have anything for me?
We cater for all shapes and sizes. Our underwear, bras and sleepwear all come in larger and plus sizes.
I am petite, do you have something for me?
We have a range of sizes and styles that suit all body types. Our sizing starts at 8AA.
I have trouble with bra clasps, do you have something to suit?
We stock a range of front fastening bras perfect for women who have shoulder injuries or who have had surgery – or those who like the convenience of not having to reach back!
